I can’t begin to explain how much Thistle have been completely and utterly screwed over throughout this whole ordeal.

1. Relegation through PPG (and promises of serious reconstruction) when we had a game in hand against a side we had a good chance of getting a result against.
2. The total inability of Scottish clubs to come together for the greater good so nobody came out substantially worse off than one another. Ie collapse of reconstruction talks with very dodgy circumstances, remember votes being found in junk mail after deadlines.
3. The decision to award Scottish Championship (20/21) clubs £500k in grants from government to make up for lost crowd revenues through Covid. This compounded our relegation situation, meant a further loss of £350k on top of losses from prize money and possible TV money.
4. This suspension of football below the Championship will likely make the League 1 season impossible to complete on time and might lead to another season curtailment via PPG.
This all just stinks as Thistle have been regularly testing this whole time even though the league doesn’t require it and we have lost more in crowd revenues than most of the championship who received £350k more in government grants.
