Charlie Kirk incited, funded, sympathized with, and justified domestic terrorism (the storming of the Capitol), a thread:
In a deleted tweet, Charlie Kirk discusses a campaign his organization was funding to send "80+ buses full of patriots to DC to fight for this president"
Turning Point Action (TPA), an offshoot organization of Charlie Kirk's TPUSA openly advertised the campaign, offering both bus rides and complimentary hotel rooms to those willing to come to D.C.
In the weeks leading up to the event, Kirk played into the conspiracy theories that led to the violence, such as the false notion that Mike Pence could overturn the election.
In his discussion with Right-wing radio host Eric Metaxas, the idea that there must be violent conflict is explicitly discussed.

Here are some of the highlights, including Metaxas saying “We need to fight to the death, to the last drop of blood”:
A day before the insurrection took place, Kirk urged his listeners to violate lockdown laws (which I would consider to be a violent form of protest considering the death it would lead to)

Kirk said that anyone who didn't violate the laws was "part of the problem"
After the insurrection took place, Charlie Kirk was deeply sympathetic to the perpetrators, saying that it would be unfortunate if they got arrested, and justifying their actions.
Overall, Charlie Kirk funded people who likely took part in the insurrection, planted the seeds in people's brains that violence would be necessary, spread the misinformation that led to the violence, and then sympathized with and justified the actions of the perpetrators.
