CJI played all the right notes today, YoYa has been apprehensive of any committee and I expect Bhushan and Dave to show more resistance to this.
Next battle will be who is in the committee and more importantly who heads it.....
Was Waiting for YoYa’s vlog.....they are not that thrilled and they really don’t want a committee to be formed....
Committee is being formed - govt gets the optics of independent review. Committee is for wider public consumption and optics. Not for protesters.

Purpose of committee is not to convince those protesting against it but to demonstrate to public who don't follow these things 7x24 that a independent court appointed process is there, political criticism by other parties loses sting, those not participating lose credibility
