Blasters setup in a new formation of sort a 4-2-2-1-1 or you can also say a 4-2-2-2. Jameshedpur was in their usual system of 4-3-3. Hooper played as a SS (Second Striker) behind Murray. We have seen this once against BFC in first half and in last game in the dying minutes. 1/14
This kind of works as Hooper likes to drop in deep and Murray can run ahead with his pace (Kind of Son and Kane in PL this season, not quality the system). Facundo was the RW and Sahal as LW ( Wide 10). #YennumYellow

However Facundo was drifting inside and mostly played just behind Hooper. And Murray was drifting to right with his pace and took up the space left by Facundo. Fullbacks didn't bomb up that much giving more defensive solidarity. #YennumYellow 3/14

Jessel was the one who had license to attack among the full back. Lalu was supposed to be the defensive full back, but sometimes found him in no man's land. The midfield 2 was Vicente and Jeakson and both played well. And our best defensive pairing is Costa and Sandeep. 4/14
Right back is an issue for blasters. You have seen what lalu did, am not elaborating on that. Nishu will give average performance at RB. If you want Nishu to perform well rotate him with Jessel at LB. Jacki yesterday got lot of spaces in the right side. #YennumYellow 5/14

If we are playing this system we need a better defensive RB as Facundo may not track back as much or another solution is one of the DMs covering the right side. But then that puts lot of pressure on the another DM. So that's one issue Kibu has to figure out. #YennumYellow 6/14

Sahal, he does everything. Tracks back, Press, plays some good passes, gets into brilliant positions. But lacks composure in final 3rd, when it comes to both shooting and picking out a player. He is rushing it. Needs to calm down and then make decisions. #YennumYellow 7/14

Don't get me wrong he has improved a lot. The first goal came from Jameshedpur fouling him and we got a FK. But the same way their first goal came from Sahal not Jumping in the wall when all other jumped. Valskis is good but that FK should never have reached our goal post. 8/14
We started playing counters in the second half. Facundo and Murray has good linkups also. Both second half goals came from that. Our pressing is impressive too. Our whole Front 6 presses together. Murray need 3 chances to put one away, whereas Valskis need only one. 9/14
Their second goal came from losing the ball in the midfield. Rahul was expecting an attack, so he was really high couldn't get back to help out Jessel. Which left Jessel 1 vs 2 in the left wing. We do need to curb out these mistakes from our games. #YennumYellow 10/14

Jeakson was fantastic. Played some awesome stuff through the middle. Allowed us to progress the ball brilliantly. Later on when Lalu was sent off. Played as an RB. To cover this Kibu subbed in Rohit and he brought on Rahul for Sahal. Lalu should have been taken off early. 11/14
Now this win was possible because we outworked Jameshedpur. Whichever teams outwork other team has a 70 percent chance of winning that game. I was disappointed against Odhisha as it was the opposite. Against Mumbai we outworked Mumbai but they had the quality #YennumYellow 12/14

I would have been really happy with the performance even if this ended in a 1-1 draw. Bcoz of the work rate. That's what the difference is. Some say you suddenly flipped. No I didn't, the team did against Odhisha. The performance matters. We as a team wanted this win more. 13/14
Last but not least Albino is good. It shows that if the manager shows trust in players. They can improve. He has improved a great deal. And Facundo is probably the best set piece taker in ISL. Awesome deliveries. We can really score a lot more from his set pieces. 14/14
