CREATE A ROUTINE

A routine helps in calming minds.The time - table may not be regimented but a broad framework may help.Sharing household tasks , democratic decision making needs to be weaved into the process. A haphazard day,inconsistent in tasks and responsibilities can harm
COLOR

Add color in Life. Bright colors in attire , food and the environment can elevate the moods. Closer to plants, kitchen gardens, trees and viewing the sky , moon , sun & stars can generate joy and peace. Random coloring with crayons can add fragrance to the mind.
CONVERSATION

Routine little chats helps connectedness. Disconnection is a malady in a globalised world.Chats need not be always positive but be real. One caution,do not play messiah 24 × 7 Do not exhaust your emotional energy bank, replenish it with human conversations.
CONVERSATION ( Contd )

Isolation , lack of movement & silence can destroy moods during trying times. Homes locked in silence are a sure recipe for disasters .
CELEBRATE

Celebrate whatever u have& whatever u eat. Constraints in all aspects of life needs to be accepted with gratitude & respect. Lower ur expectations & thank the universe. Deep regrets , guilt& fear will kill your joy. Hug the uncertainty & the present with open arms.
