In the whole process you psychologically start having a make belief life in this virtual world. We need to get away from these gadgets and have a break where you can spend quality time with family. This can be a debate or even fight or quarrel because we are losing ourselves
in this SM world. Social media is a dinasaur which makes us completely dumb. This is a great place where we will learn but at times we need to unlearn to learn new. Don’t SMOpioid or social addict. Specially push your family to stay away from gadgets at least 3 to 4 hours a day.
