The 'kicking right wing instigators off of Twitter=refusing to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple' thing is driving me nuts. It's not the same. Businesses cannot deny you service based on something you ARE. (Gay, Black, etc) They CAN deny you service based on something you DO.
That's why "No shirts, no shoes, no service" is not a freedom of speech issue.
The gay couple just wanted a wedding cake. They were discriminated against for being gay. If they'd wanted the bakers to make a cake that said "I am going to murder that b*tch N ncy P l0si," they would not have had a case.
