Almost NOBODY today would do it, I left the guy in shock.

Once I sent my assistant to buy me some cigars. But when she returned there was a problem...
I had been accidentally given a whole extra box of Cuban cigars for free.

Somebody at the store had made a mistake.

They had given me a €300 box of cubans without charging me.

What did I do?
Of course I lit one and smoked it.

A few days later when I was driving past the store I went in to see the guy I buy cigars from.

He’s now a friend of mine (I’ve been smoking at that lounge for 3 years).
I said, "Laurentiu my friend, please count your stack of Romeo Y Julieta short Churchill cigars".

He went to count them and realized there was a whole box missing.

I told him what had happened and admitted that I had smoked them.
I then demanded that he charge me for them. I paid €300 for that box.

You see I didn’t want anybody at the store getting in trouble for the missing Cubans.
And I liked and respected everybody there so much that I’d rather be honest and pay for the cigars I'd mistakenly received.

You see in life if you treat other people with respect, you earn respect given back to you.

For Christmas they sent me this....
A box of my favorite Cuban cigars, a bottle of Cognac, and a bottle of Vodka.

They even put my name "Tate" on each cigar.
Remember this the next time you want to garner respect from other people.

First - Are you treating them with respect?

So I will leave you with this task for you to do.
I want you to become a regular at a local place of business.

Learn the employee's each by name.

Be respectful and smile every time you come by.

Do this for the next week and then report back to me.
