Unfortunately the pro-ship community, like all communities online, is filled w/ reactionaries. The ethos of pro-shipping is to defend against censorship and to push back against kneejerk puritanical ideas and safehouses the marginalized.

If anything, the space should be filled to the brim of anti-capitalist and anti-dogmatic and pro-queer people that are advocates for the poor, black, brown, and marginalized people that see the space as a sanctuary. It should naturally have a leftist political axis.
Pro-shipping is a myriad of things and there are topics involving those categories mentioned to explore and subvert but it's ultimately about being artists and being anti hegemony and letting us express ourselves. We have no room for anyone who wants to preserve bigotry.
It's antithetical to pro-shipping for anyone that's a nazi or bigot to occupy a space here. This isn't for you. Pro-shipping is for the marginalized who are pushed /TO/ the margins. If you wanna be an ally, great, but it isn't here for you to secretly 'get away' with shit.
We're anti child-predator, anti-racist, anti-sexist, pro-lgbt and pro-queer, and defenders of safe spaces for sex workers and erotic artists to live in peace. We're a banner for them bc we're the only thing they have. We have no room for people that secretly hate them.
You can like big busty anime titties all you want, but you can't hide within the community if you're a misogynist. You can like subversive kinks but you can't be bigoted towards the vulnerable group it involves (women and minorities). We're here for them not you.
So, again, the pro-ship community and all of its overlapping definitions is FOR marginalized people. It isn't a secret safe zone for reactionaries to get off and uphold the society we're trying to escape.
