1. Read & listened to lots, talked to a few. Removing something on short notice without explaining why or presenting the replacement will cause panic. This announcement yet again shows @FootballIndex have not learned anything about improving their poor record on communications.
2. Even if the replacement is a positive move, the drop in core players like Kimmich and Fernandes shows that many are not willing to guess what the change will be or wait to see. Some who rode out the sh*tstorm of a couple of months ago, feel their loyalty once again abused
3. I totally agree that IPDs needed to go, but previous communications stated they were part of the 20/21 season and many changed their portfolio plan to reflect that 'promise'. If the reason is due to members colluding to turn over shares, then suspend and ban them!
4. It is perfectly reasonable for many to assume and therefore publicly comment that the 30 day notice suggests panic from FI and potentially a financial shortfall. Why could it not be 90 days and tied in to announcing 'what's new'?
5. Overseas territories may well be exciting and good for the product and those playing the platform in the future, but levels of loyalty are so low right now, that it is not a selling point that will change folks attitudes #footballindex #customerexperience
