Someone is going to ask commissioner gross why police disproportionately stop black motorists. the answer wont be a good look for him.
Someone will also ask boston police commissioner william gross why he should run for office when his detectives can't solve 96% of non-fatal shootings. 
Commissioner Gross will also be asked about how officers used an arbitrary criteria (wearing a yankees hat backwards!) to put BPS students into a gang database and share that info ICE for deporting students & their families. #bospoli
