JUST IN: It is reported that Officer Howard Liebengood, 51, of the U.S. Capitol Police has died by suicide.
He is the 2nd USCP officer to die in the days after Trump supporters stormed the Capitol.
My heart goes out to Liebengood's family and loved ones.
