So WHAT HAPPENED to Vivi & Sabo? One thing you shouldn't forget, was that Imu was targeting Vivi. He wanted her, and Sabo being luffy's brother was the PERFECT justification to capture Vivi, a princess, with Sabo, a revolutionary. They can frame her with him
