The Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011 and it's provisions that DIRECTLY affect the jurisdictional powers of the Lagos State @followlasg Govermemt to arrest and prosecute offenders of the riots of October 2020.

A LONG thread. Please bear with us.
The territorial jurisdiction of the crimes that were committed in October 2020 rests squarely on Lagos State and her Govermemt.

DO NOT swallow the gibberish coming from some quarters that it's the DSS that is the cause of the delay. It's a HUGE LIE! It's a political lullaby.
All persons, within and without Lagos State who procured, instigated, sponsored, went on social media and even on the streets with the End SARS nonsense are all culpable in this. ALL OF THEM!

So excuse will stand that the State government cannot go after everyone of them. LIES!
None of the persons who claimed that the agitations were "genuine" and so they are not culpable are merely trying to twist themselves from this one.

There is NO ignorance in law. They are ALL culpable and ought to be picked up by now by the State government.
The provisions of the Criminal Law of Lagos State that deal directly with the October 2020 insurrection and the penalities are captured in Sections 44 to 57.

Please take a cursor look at the sections and their subheads.
Section 44 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State.
Section 45 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State.
Section 46 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State.
Section 47 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State.
Section 48 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State.
Section 49 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State.
Section 52 and 53 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State
Remember, the culprits are all on social media with more lies, all claiming the riots were sponsored by Tinubu and the State government.

Not a word to counter these false narratives have come officially from the State government. It's been a deafening silence.
The claim that the DSS has been briefed with the evidence we have all provided & the intelligence the State government got of the insurrection are ALL lies!

I dare them to tell us what they have done since the riots of October 2020.

Waiting ...
Whilst we are still waiting for them to respond to us why the enablers of the insurrection are still on social media, insulting our collective intelligence, the Lagos State government and her media t am have gone mute on these arrests they made, and the stage of prosecution now.
