Let me start with dance leader Hobi guiding and teaching the choreography
Hobi making sure everyone knew WHAT THEY WERE DOING 
Here hobi seeing if everything is alright & everyone remembers choreo the as the last minute check up
How hobi noticed the stage wasn't wide enough for their usual choreography & very quickly made a last minute adjustments to change the choreo a bit while doing rehearsals
Hobi checking the floor found out it was wet & slippery so he told tae that they were skipping the dance at the end of dna , the way he kept all of them safe !!
Members were not satisfied with their perfomance so they were asking Hobi for advice on it
The way hobi is really observant & sees the smallest mistakes as Jungkook & jin mentioned whenever they made a mistake during perfmormances hobi is already looking at them as he noticed those mistakes
Again that time during reviewing their perfomance hobi was the one who was pointing out mistakes and how they could improve those
Just see for yourself how hobi guides & leads the members for the performance
Reminds me of how the members said hobi picks up the choreography the fastest & then helps them out ALWAYS
Let me mention mentor hobi guiding the trainees with that SIGNATURE HEART SHAPED SMILE OF HIS
