2/This review, for instance, shows that on the day of the infection, PCR tests missed 100% of the cases. Each day after that the detection rate improves, but even by Day 5, when viral load is presumably high, tests missed over a third of infections.

3/Over reliance on testing can get people in trouble. Like the White House super spreading event where people were presumably tested and so they dropped their guard. Even with a negative test, we have to be vigilant with masks, distancing, and ventilating indoors spaces.
