I currently own sizeable positions in $TSLA $SEDG and $EOSE. I prefer parts suppliers over panel makers and installers.
$FSLR seems like the most ethical company. Manufactors its panels in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Ohio in the US so avoids China. Also one of the lowest cost makers

I owned a very sizeable position in $RUN that I sold at the peak in October around $80. I sold my full position. At one point $TSLA and $RUN was over 25% of my portfolio.
I should have kept at least some of $RUN and added on the dip. Now I need to re enter at a higher price.

What makes $RUN valuable is the net value of its solar leases.
The credit spread on their solar leases vs. the low interest rate environment is significant. I need a whole thread about this in the future.

I prefer $SEDG over $ENPH although I now have a small $ENPH position.
$SEDG has larger market share currently and a more global footprint vs. $ENPH.
$ENPH is gaining rapidly but I think I will prove right in the long term
