1. Get a blank piece of paper or an empty journal, sit somewhere alone with your mind.

2. Write down where you are, what resources do you have, all important details about your life.

3. Get another piece of paper or page in your journal, time to use your imagination here.
4. Start writing where you want to be, what do you want to have and who you want to become, no limitations, here is the fun part.

5. After you are done, put the papers close to your sleeping place, maybe even pin them on a wall or keep the journal under your pillow.
6. In the next day, look in the mirror and tell yourself that you will achieve what you want from the second paper or journal page. Start working with what you have.

7. Do not let any obstacle stop you, as you are working towards getting done what you want on the second paper.
8. Here is a cool trick, start additional tasks, push yourself to the maximum. You will need to learn and practice more.

Replace the old with the new. Start with reading an useful book once a week, then watch yourself reading 2 books a week after a month pass, you get the idea.
You need skills, as long as you maintain your health, nothing can go wrong.

Keep your stress levels down, your energy cannot be wasted anymore. From a book a week, from 100 push ups a day, everything evolves the more you practice. Simple, right?

Healthy habits are key.
We see in our screens constantly that all kinds of famous people do drugs, sleep late and have all the fun.

You? You are not on that position.

Are you going to waste your time smoking weed everyday? You can, but now it is time for work, not time for fun. The fun comes later.
Work, then fun. Do not jump into rewarding yourself yet.

Dopamine is one of the biggest obstacles for us who are trying to change our day to day life.

What is dopamine? Find yourself out, put an effort, spend some time of your day to learn new things, they come in handy soon.
We are promoting a healthy life style because we want positive results.

We do not want to spend nights awake watching Netflix, we want to get to a point where we can go to sleep knowing that we own what we want, thus we must work for it and improve ourselves.
Everybody got the same 24 hours in a day, everything you need is already here on this planet for you to use, not just to consume.

If you wrote down that you want the most cool car and you do not get it tomorrow, that does not mean you failed, that means you are not there yet.
People want everything now, yes, we live in the present, but why so quick to have it?

You start small, until you get that fast car, you will live in the now, but don't distract yourself from the goal, the goal is so important, it is your reason to improve yourself.
There are cases and cases, but there are no shortcuts for you.

You are different. You are unqiue.

How are you going to work all your life for somebody else? It is time to work for yourself.

Save yourself first before you try to save anybody else, this is the most basic rule.
9. So, next time at night before sleep, look at both of your writings, compare them, do not panic, you are getting it, slowly but surely, somehow you must.

You will try to create circumstances where you put yourself first and your needs, this is necessary, very important.
More you, for nobody else, but yourself.

As you increase your knowledge, as you improve your body, you will start to realize how powerful you are. You will create more and more circumstances to benefit you and your goals, not somebody's else.

This is about you. You.
10. You got it, you have it all, you are where you want to be, after all the hardships.
