I recently started the 60 days 60 minutes of meditation challenge by @naval
It's interesting so far. Way harder than I imagined.
I find it difficult just sitting with my thoughts for 60 minutes, but that's precisely the goal of meditation.

Yesterday I thought about quitting.
I had a full day with my family and had to do the meditation before bed. My willpower was low.
Then I looked at @heydannymiranda experiments page on his website, and that gave me the motivation to just push through it.

It ended up being one of the best sessions I had so far.
I've noticed that I get crazy idea's during my meditations. Sometimes I feel the ideas are coming through me instead of me 'thinking' about them.

Anyway, I had 2 ideas. One simple: contact a lead for my business that I didn't think about.
The second one even better. It got me very stoked just thinking about it: Starting a Dutch podcast in which I interview the entrepreneurs of the Netherlands..
Awesome project to start!
