On my daily runs out with the dog I’ve now met 4 parents overwhelmed with home learning expectations. Kids hate live lessons and crying. DfE need to suspend the national curriculum and focus on safety right now. This is a mental health disaster and pressure will put kids at risk.

My own daughter struggling too. She doesn’t want to do learning in her bedroom as it’s her oasis. Can’t work in study (we are so lucky to have one) as hubbie in there, nor kitchen/living as other sister disturbs. Have just given over part of my bedroom to try and make it work.
