I'm designing a decentralized social media solution where each user hosts their own microservice. These then connect to one another in a mesh, allowing following and sharing posts. It will be lightweight, user friendly and secure.

Are you interested in funding its development?
For those asking, this is fundamentally different from Mastodon. Mastodon is simply self-hosted Twitter, with thousands of users on a single server, making it a takedown target. My proposal is strictly 1 user = 1 self-hosted microservice. These microservices then form a mesh.
Regarding Scuttlebutt, Matrix, Urbit: I'm aiming for extreme ease of deployability: you run a single command and get a microblog with a HTTPS site and that is immediately part of a mesh. This level of lightweight immediacy is not accomplishable if I'm building on top of bloat.
