In Manusmriti era, once the upnayan (holi thread ceremony) was done, kid wasn't allowed to do above 8 tillhe completes education.
If he was found indulged in explicit intercourse he was punished with isolatory punishments, like making him sit on empty road awake whole night.

I too struggled with celibacy when I was 13.
2 things helped me a lot -
1. Writing name of female Goddess on pillow with fingertip before sleeping.
(You are not actually supposed to write it. Just imagine that your fingertip is a pen.
It programs subconscious mind heavily)

Hmm. Naishtik Brahmachari is just a term.
Naishtik means eternal. If a person follows Brahmacharya for many decades then we can say exaggerate this long duration as 'eternity'. That's all.
Don't overobsess terminology. Just do whatever you can. Don't feel guilty :-)
