self-worth, I think, is understanding your value as a person and how THAT value shows up in different spaces.

Self worth, I think, is such a hard thing to internalize though. I struggle with it quite a bit.
But as difficult as it may be to know the value you possess as a person, it is incredibly important that you do, at some point, understand that value.

Because every day that passes where you don't fully show up as yourself robs you of joy and the world of your brilliance.
