So about economic anxiety and trumpism. Read this and then I’ll explain
PPP is a forgiveable loan. But only with proper documentation.

Half a mil is a lot of money for a services biz.

A. Lot.

Per linkedin they have 25 employees.

I bet a little digging will reveal a falsified application and/or misuse of funds.
Now let’s talk about EIDL

The economic injury disaster loan
It is possible to have two EIDL loans. One could be from the texas fires, or she got one, applied for reconsideration, then got a second.

Loans over $150k require a personal guarantee. But she’s not at that.

Go to jail, lose her business, default on her loans poof nbd
student loans cannot be discharged in bankruptcy. Congress instituted laws so draconian you can have enormous medical bills, and still have to pay back your student loans, even if you are disabled. With interest.

But you can borrow $150k from the govt and never pay it back.
So for Republicans: loans to businesses secured with nothing more than an interest in accounts receivable with no penalty for skipping out are ok.

But student loans are a serious responsibility and must be paid back
And these fuckers have the nerve to bitch about socialism? But oh it gets better.
The nutcase trespasser shot by capitol police? She was taking government money too. And was the CEO of a pool business. In California. Trust me, pools in socal are doing fine.
We need to make public every single loan.

My company has taken PPP and EIDL. there is no shame in it.

But I can tell you where every. Fucking. Penny. Went.

And I will steward the money with my life not use it to overthrow my country.
Dollars to donuts these CEOs try to deduct the trip to DC as a business expense.

You watch.
My simple proposal is this: the terms of ppp and eidl say that if you are convicted of or plead guilty to a felony that all money is now personally guaranteed.

They already require you to buy American and have limits on how the money can be used. There’s precedent. //
