Not sure if it needs to be said or who it needs to be said for, but pound-for-pound I'm still taking him over Jack Grealish if I'm an elite club https://twitter.com/HMDComps/status/1348041713458294786
Sancho's brain works so, so quick. You can see every action is done with minimal pitch-scanning. Precision, decisiveness and speed. With Grealish, you can see he takes that split second longer to see & execute the same things (if he does)
Atm he's still v. individualistic & I suspect less suited to operating with other top players between the lines vs suffocating blocks on a weekly basis. Can't see him being in love with rotating, busting a gut to sprint beyond & be a dummy runner or making 4-5 touches 1-2 touches
Ask yourself; whose game is more suited to sharing touches + final third possession politics? Who do you see being more effective off-the-ball (smart and/or unselfish runs, trying to find pockets, etc.). Who can rotate more naturally? It's an unanimous decision imo
Grealish needs to find a CL club that'll give him the keys to the shop. Being *the* man and not sharing possession politics between the lines. Pretty much upgrade his current Aston Villa dynamics, sorta like what Neymar has and sought at PSG
Atlético, Barcelona if Messi goes!!!!!, Arsenal if he fancies staying in England, etc.
