2/RULE 8.4 MISCONDUCT
It shall be a violation of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct for a lawyer to:
engage in professional conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation;

5/Any attorney in Georgia, or those who know Wood, should note what RULE 8.3 REPORTING PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT states:
6/lawyer having knowledge another lawyer has committed a violation of Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct that raises a substantial question as to that lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in other respects, SHOULD inform appropriate professional authority.
END/ I can't think of an action more deserving of at least an ethical investigation.
