We’ve squandered every opportunity to contain #COVID19 and vaccinations represent our last hope. This time no excuses: 240 million Americans must be vaccinated by the end of the summer, 3 million per month, 1 million per day x 2 doses, 2 million per day
How do we get there? Opening more vaccination sites, including low income neighborhoods, liberalizing fussy restrictions, and getting more vaccines on the table.
Important to remember that a single dose of either mRNA does not reliably protect. Tremendous variability in virus neutralizing antibodies after a single dose so that many would receive zero benefit from a single dose.
We already know that the mRNA technology is still immature and won’t be scaled sufficiently to be relied on to vaccinate the American 
people. We’ll need both adenovirus vaccines, a particle vaccine, and maybe even our recombinant protein vaccine to get the job done
