I like to picture a quiet, serene day on the Enterprise-D.
Riker has the bridge. He asks for a status report. All is normal and quiet. He draws a breath and shouts:
'FLOOR IS LAVA!!'
The bridge crew all scramble up on chairs and consoles, except for Data, who is confused.

'Sir, the deck material is solid duranium, carpeted but there is no molten rock present.' Data offers.
Wesley shouts
'Data's in the lava!'
Worf is unsteady on the wooden rail but stays on.
'There is no honor in falling into floor lava!' He growls.

Picard walks in. Sees Riker and Troi stood on the command chairs, Worf balancing on the rail, Wesley crouched on the helm and Data looking confused.
He shakes his head in a 'FFS' way and goes back into his ready room
