While politicians, pundits, and media wring their hands over whether to call this a coup attempt or if they should hold Trump accountable, the fascists are openly planning armed insurrection and escalated operations, including targeting leaders and journalists.
That’s not hyperbole. That’s not conjecture. In the open these fascists are talking about mass murderers and further maneuvers to disable government, interrupt the transfer of power, and realize a fascistic ethnostate.

We’ve been telling you for years now this was coming and what they were going to do. None of this is hard to find or understand. It’s willful ignorance that keeps this from being universally obvious, and even after a coup attempt people are still trying to deny the obvious truth.
Please. Take this seriously. Please stop hiding behind convenient mythologies of American exceptionalism and misguided faith in our crumbling institutions. The coup attempt was only a precursor of things to come unless we recognize what it was and address the underlying factors.
There’s a difference between a spontaneous riot and a planned, organized conspiracy. This is the latter. Already the coup attempt is serving to radicalize and embolden these fascists. They’re coalescing behind martyrs, planning more actions. It’s building, not waning.
