I count close to 100 people here, many armed. First speaker passionately talking about how they’re here for peace, not a battle. But they’re “sick and tired” of what’s happening in this country.

This is Patricia Oliver, who said she and others have been collecting donations to help families
This woman says Trump is a “genius” who is exposing corruption in this country, including a plot by Obama and Italy to steal the election
This is Johnny Rice, one of the organizers. He’s had harsh words for McConnell and “skinny, scrawny” Andy Beshear, and is now talking about the poor and hungry of eastern KY. Oh, he’s running for governor, also.
Lawmakers exiting the statehouse are reminded by the crowd they “work for the people.” And the guy with zip ties said he brought them “just in case.”
Crowd has largely left. About two dozen did a lap around the building
