How I want the Eagles offseason to go... A thread

1. Howie & Doug - read the name.... but it’s apparent they are staying...

2. Carson- love the guy, want him to stay but it makes little sense to keep him with that contract. He probably will be great elsewhere but the ghost of Nick Foles & Jalen Hurts 2 good games...

3. OC - Caldwell or Graham Harrell. One brings an innovative offense, the other is a good veteran coach.

4. DC - Kris Rischard- he’s what we need. We gotta take the approach of we do what we do on defense. give him a great DL roster & a new LB coach.

5. Roster moves - Cut Alshon, DJax, Malik. Trade Ertz & Brooks post June 1 after we deal Carson. Trade BG not only does he deserve better dealing him clears cap. Add a few vet minimums who were highly drafted because of talent... put the onus on coaching to develop them.

6. Draft at #6 if we don’t get a shot at Chase or Smith go defense with Fairly or Surtain. Depending on who you pick at 6 take the opposite position at #38 with Samuel CB or Toney WR.

7. Draft a TE who can complement Goedert like Ertz did. Draft a few DL players to replenish the DL & OL as well as adding a power back

8. Fire Pass game coordinator Press Taylor.

9. Understand 2021 will be a developmental year/ rebuild year so anything over .500 is a win.

10. Develop Hurts. Idk if he’ll ever be a top tier QB, he certainly has the talent but develop him. Also when the Bears cut Foles, bring him in as the backup for as little as possible, Sudfield ain’t it as a backup.
