my 2-year-old just said "daddy why don't these people understand that getting banned by a private technology platform is not an assault on one's 1st amendment rights since it does not constitute punishment of speech by the government" and i was blown away

then my 1-year-old daughter added "exactly, and it's amusing that these people who constantly harp on the virtues of allowing private businesses to do as they please are suddenly up in arms when a private business does something to which they object" wow these kids are amazing

the number of people not getting that this is a joke is making me want to cyberbully
