Finding a job can often be a job in itself. In my experience, people need to persevere and not give up.

-Exchanges will face record signups soon. They will need new staff asap.

Don't feel shy to ask what skills are needed for a particular role.
-Ask the CEO in a DM or on Discord.
-Reach out to recruiters.
