We’ve been told to openly discuss sexism, suicide, racism/extremism over the past year. However I have seen little discussion about extremism from leaders.

Is it somehow more palatable to talk about how we have perpetrators of racism and sexism than to talk about the extremists who wear our uniform?

99% of SMs know how to report SA/SH but do we know how to address and report extremism in our ranks?

There are folks in your formation who think the actions that occurred this week were acceptable. The fact that it’s not being addressed is disappointing. If you think your SMs aren’t having these discussions behind closed doors you are mistaken.

Also there’s something fundamentally wrong if all you say as a leader is “watch what you post.”
