Just a thought but if Lampard were to be sacked then wouldn’t it be a good idea to get Ralf Ragnick in as an interim and then move him up to the board room as an director of football?

Ragnick plays a style of football which would suit our players perfectly imo.

He’s the man...
who invented the “gegen press” and he have helped developing some of the best German managers in the game.

In the 2020 Bundesliga season 7/18 managers had spent time with Ragnick, Nagelsmann being one of them.

Thomas Tuchel and Jürgen Klopp were also influenced and...
taught by Ragnick.

He’s also pretty much the main man behind the “RB project” and we all know how good their scouting of players are!

Kimmich, Werner, Mané and soooo many others were all brought in to either RB Leipzig/Salzburg by Ragnick.

He took RB Leipzig from the...
German 5th division to the CL league semi final in 11 years!!! and they could today if they win their game in hand go top off the Bundesliga, surpassing Bayern Munich.

All off this pretty much thanks to Ralf Ragnick.

He’s not only fantastic at developing managers though...
he’s also fantastic at recruiting them.

He took both Hassenhüttl and Nagelsmann to RB Leipzig and we all know how good managers both of them are.

He would be a massive help in us finding the successor to Lampard and it would just be a very good and smart move by the club to...
get him in imo.

This is not me dissing our current board btw.

I think they have done a fantastic job especially since Petr Cech came in.

That happened just by “adding a football brain” next to Marina.

Just imagine what could happen if we added Ralf Ragnick as well...
