2. That seems to me more debatable. First, in principle, he is a major political figure, for whom >70 million Americans just voted. 1st Amendment tradition places highest value on political speech & Twitter is *the* platform for political speech...
3. Second, in practice, it risks sending him & millions of supporters even deeper into a paranoid echo chamber, on other platforms – even further away from 'sunlight – the best disinfectant'...
4. Against that, if he proposes to go on behaving like Mussolini… In other words, if virtually all his tweets, even weeks & months ahead, are effectively, in context, incitement to violence…
5. I don't yet have a definite view, but it does seem to me worth discussing seriously, with the focus on *permanently*, not just the dangerous next few weeks... [ends]
