It was the one of the most inhuman barbaric incident in the Indian history which many are unaware of. Lot of blood bath took place. The Razakars formed a formation which endorsed 'Anal malik' slogan which means nothing but 'We the rulers' which was music to Nizam's ears.

Over 350+ villages were burned to ashes, decimated by these razakars. Innocent Hindus were killed mercilessly even after they were willing to surrender just to ensure Hindu community won't grow to over power them. Brutal massacre from the barbarians of Hyderabad Nizam.

When rest of India got independence on 14th Aug, Hyderabad was liberated on Sept 17th 1948, nearly 13 months of Independence that too India had to send it's army from all 4 sides to capture and finally Nizam gave in and signed the letter of surrender.
