I’m gonna stick my neck out here after some online internet sleuthing. Frampton has said some frankly outrageous things so I have a hard time believing him but after some research it is clear that he works for a man who is very very wealthy. This is what I found.
The company is Orient Source Hong Kong as Frampton said they do commodities. The company is privately held so it’s hard to tell the types of assets and wealth they wield but I did find an article detailing a 247,000 square foot offshore oil repair they built in the Middle East
A facility of that size and of that utility I have to imagine would cost tens of millions if not hundreds of million of pounds and it certainly isn’t their only asset as they do dealings across the globe.
The company like I said is privately and closely held meaning the owners likely owns all or nearly all of the assets. The company has few employees so it stands to reason Frampton has a close relationship with the owner.
What I can’t understand or explain is why the administrators would be hesitant to deal with this company is indeed they are which seems to be the case. I also can’t explain why the owner is interested in Wigan Athletic.
What Frampton was promising all seemed to good to be true and that is very likely the case but the fact remains that he works closely with a man who wields plenty of wealth to own and operate Wigan Athletic. #wafc
