I made over $2,000 this in less than 30 days.

All from flipping "Moments" on @nba_topshot

Let me explain to you how.

#NBATopShot

- A THREAD -
I only traded rare moments.

If I learned one thing from sports cards its that scarcity doesn't always equal larger profits.

In fact, it's typically the opposite.

When you hold something rare, you're less likely to let it go.
You're either emotionally attached to it

Or you value it more than the next guy

Because of this I only stock to rare moments, primary MGLE (Metallic Gold LE)
From there I stuck with what I like to call "Tier B" players.

What's a Tier B player?

Basically someone who is a household name, but doesn't have all the accolades.
In this example we're going to use Jayson Tatum
I picked Jayson Tatum's moment up when I saw Trae Young's Moment rising up the charts

At the time I believe Trae Young was pushing towards $100, while Tatum was sitting at $50
Again, I'm a sports card investor

In the sports card market, Tatum trumps Trae Young (that narrative has changed a bit, but at the time it was the case)

So I took that information and used it to my advantage.

Basically I bought as many moments as my balance would allow me to.
From there I just waited.

I knew Tatum was just as good/popular as Trae Young and his #NBATopShot Moment wasn't half bad either.
Like clock work.

The Moment began to rise.

Not just Tatum's though, all the MGLE Moments.

I knew at the time a Moment serial #'d to 299 didn't seem limited to people.

But once more peopled joined, that narrative would change

Again, this same thing happened in the card world.
Tatum's MGLE would go on to quadruple in price.

I sold a few of mine at $125 and $160, just to have some proof for this thread.

However, I do hold 5 more and the last 2 that were sold went for $200 each.

Which gives mine a value of $1,000.
Jayson Tatum is just one of my success stories in #NBATopShot

I have so many more and there are so many other "Tier B" players that are extremely undervalued right now.

What I'm basically trying to say is that... It's not too late to get in.
