as lawyers, we have to take an oath that says something like: "I swear (or affirm) that I do not advocate, nor am I a member of any party or organization that now advocates the overthrow of the Government of the United States by force or violence or other unlawful means"
Legislators have to take a similar oath. Can Hawley, Cruz, etc. be disbarred for their participation in #Jan6 for violation of their oaths as lawyers (not to mention their oaths of office)?
