Take this fact in consideration about reverse migration: wht people are 90+ percent of the population in 7 seven states. Those states control 15 percent of all senators. No one registers that as a problem. There are four times as many blk than in those states combined, yet...1/3

2/3...blk ppl are the majority in no states and just now, in 2021, elected the first senators in which they were the majority of the winning population in Georgia. Furthermore, by 2055, Hispanics will be double the black pop and the majority in several southwestern states...

3/3 Asians will outnumber blk people (Hawaii will continue to be majority Asian/South Pacific Islander), and white people will maintain majorities in the northwester/rocky states. Blk ppl will need to decide if they want a share of state power or not.
