Anti-choice platforms and leaders are prolific and have been spreading Trump's disinformation about election fraud along with their normal health and medical disinformation and conspiracy theories. The audience reach is vast on line and off.

So while I watched the news unfold on TV, abortion providers across the country watched familiar faces flash across the screen. It wasn’t a shock to see that so many anti-choice clinic protesters who regularly harass patients and providers were among the insurrectionists
That’s because connections between the anti-choice movement and white supremacy have always been clear to those willing to look. Today’s GOP has fully embraced the anti-choice movement's ideology. Central to that is the goal to maintain power and control no matter what the cost.
