So Poland, which is extremely reluctant to accept any refugees, has actually become a major destination for immigrants in the last years.
The government however does not want to introduce integration measures, so who is stepping in? Cities of course.

Interestingly, Greek cities used exactly the same "coalition of the willing" approach after 2015 to develop integration policies - not for economic immigrants though, but for asylum seekers and refugees
