**Thread** so, I’ve been in isolation now for 5 days. Got a lot of symptoms #COVID & taking meds for it inc Steroids to help breathing. My first test result came back as ‘inconclusive’ on Tuesday so had another on Wednesday, still waiting for the result. It’s been a crazy...
few weeks/month in my life. My dad who has Cancer & a history of Heart Attacks, has had 5 more heart Attacks since the beginning of December, he needs surgery however the consultant says he prob won’t survive the Op. so they’re treating him with last resort meds to stabilise...
him. He then went home to make best of the condition & try to carry on knowing that one more heart event & the hospital will operate. So on his last chance re the Heart. However within days of returning home, he sent concerning messages out to us (his kids) that he wasn’t right..
but refused we call an ambulance. Due to lockdown none of us could go see him. however eventually one of my sisters said ‘sod the rules’ & went to him. Found him in & out of consciousness & short of breath. He’s now back in hospital & now diagnosed with #Pneumonia & confirmed...
#COVID he’s now on a Respiratory Ward isolated. Not sure how much his heart can take fighting these infections. But for now he’s stable.
So as I sit waiting for my results I guess I am lucky to be much healthier normally. We should all eat & exercise better to help us in these..
