Correct:

They'd be celebrated by the press and lionized by politicians.

Literally DOZENS of people--mostly minorities--died as a result of RIOTING last year, and the people currently pushing the "we know what would've happened if the people in DC were BLM" talking point had very little to say about that.

Do they even know who David Dorn was?

Additionally, cities that responded to the "racial reckoning" by de-fanging police forces saw spikes in violent crime, leading to even MORE deaths--again, mostly minorities--but I see few people willing to make the connection between BLM agitation and these grim statistics.

I'm as disturbed as anyone by the events at the Capitol, but to pretend as if BLM mobs were and are held to a more severe standard than MAGA mobs, as if last year never happened, is disingenuous at best.
