Im sorry for his colleagues and his family.

However his Chief, Steve Tanner won’t be able to offer condolences b/c he’s allegedly on vacation, in Florida.

Sadly confirmed. Tanner is in Florida. Even if he comes back he won’t be able to attend the funeral of one of his officers who died on duty because he’ll be quarantined. He should #resign.

Hey #Halton. Now know Tanner left on Dec 26th, because Xmas day he went around and wished some of the SSgt's Merry Christmas. So when did the urgent property issue crop up, and why didn't he tell his Deputies.

Timeline:

Dec 22nd - Tanner gets 'permission' to leave for Florida for urgent property matter

Dec 25th - Tanner visits police stations

Dec 26th - Tanner flies to Florida, without telling anyone apart from
