Today, I'm celebrating 3 years at @goClio! This is a big deal - I've never managed to stay this long at any one company!

If you're like me and was used to jumping around from startup to startup every couple of years, you should read this thread:

My career stops have mostly followed a similar path: lots of learning for the first 6, 12, 18 months. And from there, the learning decelerates until eventually parting ways and jumping to the next startup.

Yet, after 3 years at Clio, my rate of learning has never been greater.
