Today, I'm celebrating 3 years at @goClio! This is a big deal - I've never managed to stay this long at any one company! 🤣

If you're like me and was used to jumping around from startup to startup every couple of years, you should read this thread:
My career stops have mostly followed a similar path: lots of learning for the first 6, 12, 18 months. And from there, the learning decelerates until eventually parting ways and jumping to the next startup.

Yet, after 3 years at Clio, my rate of learning has never been greater.
So how is learning at Clio different?

1. Every day, I'm working on the most difficult growth challenge I've ever faced - pushing me outside my comfort zone.

2. The opportunity is huge and very motivating - when we figure it out, the impact on the legal industry will be massive.
3. I've never felt more supported from all corners - not only by my incredible marketing team colleagues, but across the entire organization.

4. Our "Human and High-Performing" culture means that success doesn't need to count at the expenses of other things, like burning out.
The quote below from @jasonlk is one of my favourites. I never really understood it before getting to Clio.

Here's to making it count in 2021!
