A reminder as we are seeing more people work on their health: regardless of how well your approach to your wellness plan is working for you or how quickly you achieved your goal, you are not in a place as an outside observer to judge, comment on, or make suggestions to others.
I’m not saying don’t share what you’re doing on your journey, I’m saying try to avoid blanket statements you’re not qualified to make and don’t be an a-hole and judge others for where they’re at in their journey.
It’s only the 8th and I’m already over it. For context: Yesterday, I was doing some unilateral strength training (in this case halfway through my 200m single arm suitcase carry with a 35lb kettlebell). I’ve been doing this over a little over a year under the guidance of a coach.
I had like almost no core or back strength due to years of shit posture, sitting for long hours, and then a car crash injury. So we’ve been slowly building up the weight and it’s been night and day difference between where I am vs where I was at the start.
