Take care of:

- yourself
- your family
- your community
- your nation

in
that
order.

It is not selfish to take care of yourself first.

You do that so you can be of better service to others.

Men create, protect, provide, and instruct.

You can't do that if you're physically, emotionally, or spiritually weak.

This also means most of you shouldn't be worrying about national politics.

Is your community in order?
Is your family in order?
Are you in order?

Start there. The rest will come.

If you and your family are squared away, then take a crack at helping your community.

- volunteer to coach youth sports
- attend school meetings
- run for school board or local commissioner
- find a way to be of service

but if you can't do a pull up, start at home.

The culture war will continue for YEARS.

There are times to fight and times to heal, times to move forward, and times to consolidate.

right now is a consolidation moment.

Check in with yourself.

Are as strong as you could be?
Are you optimized?

No?

Then start there.

No matter what the strategy is for winning the culture war, one component is:

- strong families
- strong communities
- strong networks

All built on shared values.

We gotta do that no matter what.

So do it.

Do it right now.

Be what's left standing when all else is ruined.
