"I will execute judgments in your midst in the sight of the nations."

"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the city that kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to it! How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you were not willing!" - Luke 13:34
The large crowd heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem.

They took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him, crying out, “Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, even the King of Israel!” - Jn 12:12

"I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband."

The story of Jerusalem is a story of heartbreak.

A story of redemption.
Don't be quick to throw Jerusalem out.

Were you not once lost and then found?

Were you not once a worthless enemy of God?

Look at what God's redemption can do.

Pray for Jerusalem.

Pray for Israel.
Great is the LORD and greatly to be praised
in the city of our God!
His holy mountain, beautiful in elevation,
is the joy of all the earth,
Mount Zion, in the far north,
the city of the great King.
Within her citadels God
has made himself known as a fortress.

- Psalm 122:6
